Unit Reflection Music

In this unit, we learn music generally. And we learn about pop culture some of the pop culture icons are musicians so we learn a lot from them. The first assignment that we have is about the 40 music top chart that famous in America in this time, so we can know what the main stream in America is right now. After taht we have to search about Genres of music and then we present it in front of the class so we can more understand about the genres. After we learned the story of the blues in house of blues where they presented it really amazing with the band and they give examples when they tell the story. we also have to learn and analysis some music video by a lot if things. As example the lyrics, performance, voices and music video. The first assignment is about lady gaga new music video which is really vulgar. Her video are full of issue like nudity, violance, and race. After that my my music is Jay-z the title is empire state of mid. the song is about new york city where he born and raise. And now he wanted to present it again. the thing that i don't know is blues music came from africa. The first time i hear them i though it's generally from America. And the bumper sticker is lerning music is not as hard as playing their instrument.
